Deploy on Qovery

A working Qovery setup for the api and worker roles.

This page is not written yet. Two services from the same Dockerfile (apps/server/Dockerfile), one with SEQ_ROLES=api and a public port 8080, one with SEQ_ROLES=worker and no public port; a managed Postgres; the SEQ_* variables from Configuration as secrets.

Security hardening

Encryption keys and rotation, the admin token, network layout, SSRF rules, rate limits, and what to lock down before going live.

Deploy on Fly.io

A working fly.toml for the api and worker roles.
