Agent enrollment
An LLM agent with an enroll-scoped key that reads sequences and enrolls people safely.
This page is not written yet. The safety properties already exist: an
enroll key cannot publish or edit sequences; POST .../enrollments:preview shows conflicts and exclusions before anything is written; ALREADY_IN_SEQUENCE is all-or-nothing; enrolled_by_kind: "agent" is recorded on every enrollment; mode: "dry_run" rehearses without sending.
