No Python SDK is published yet. The API is small and regular (Conventions); until a client exists, call it with requests or generate one from the OpenAPI document your instance serves at /docs/json (or the copy on this site at /openapi.json) with a generator such as openapi-python-client. The planned package name is opensequence on PyPI.
